As a Total Care fleet customer, If a vehicle does breakdown, we will get it diagnosed and back on the road fast even without an appointment.

• Comprehensive Maintenance Plans - We can maintain your fleet of vehicles and perform all maintenance as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer or custom tailor a plan to fit your requirements.
• Friendly & Knowledgeable Staff � Our friendly staff will evaluate your vehicle and submit an estimate of repairs. We will be happy to address any needs or concerns that you may have about a particular vehicle and prioritize the importance of needed repairs.
• ASE Certified Technicians - Our technicians are ASE certified so your vehicle will be diagnosed quickly, accurately and backed by our Excellence Guaranteed policy.
• 24 Hour Towing and Road Service - Our towing service is available 24 hours and your vehicle can be towed to our fenced secure lot.

• Warranty � Our �Excellence Guaranteed� Policy means that you get a full 12 Month 12,000 mile warranty no matter how you use your vehicles. We will �Fix It Right the First Time� or we will Fix It For Free!
• Repair History - We track your vehicles by fleet number and keep a complete computerized vehicle repair history. Our Total Care package provides all required services on a carefully monitored schedule based upon unit mileage, annual requirements, or other customer needs. Our repair database ensures that all required services are performed at the proper intervals.
• Billing Options - We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Company Check or we can open a 30-day account upon credit approval.
