Customer Reviews

Car broke down near work which is too far to tow my vehicle to my regular mechanic. Co-worker recommended Gary's since she lives in the area. Very honest shop. Provided me an initial estimate to repair my axle and after getting into the repair they realized that some of the work was not required. This ended up saving me $100 off the initial estimate that they provided me. Good to know that if I have future car issues near work again in the future that there is a shop that I can trust...

Father and son operation with high quality individuals both in and out of the garage. Honesty and a "make it right" attitude appear to be the overwhelming motto at this fine establishment. A full synthetic oil change for my Honda was within a dollar of the gas station down the street. Peace of mind in my mind is worth the extra cents.

Family owned local shop that's pays attention to detail. Staff is highly trained and screened so that customers get the very best service for their cars.

Was able to do a walk-in for a state inspection, good customer service. Will be coming back if i need anything else done to my car.

This family business is #1 in Jessup/Laurel Area! Gary's Automotive provides excellent service and a very friendly staff (Family). Ms. Beverly, Mr. Gary & Gary, Jr. are all very knowledgeable and helpful and are a pleasure to deal with. I have taken many of our fleet vehicles to Gary's Automotive. I have been extremely satisfied with all work that has been performed.

Nice honest people. Hard to find a service center this respectable. When you get in an accident, you're always worried that you're going to get a rotten deal and bad parts--Not with these guys. Best in the business.

I found Garys Automotive to be extremly delightful. I had a oil change and my tires rotated. No pushy upsales. The other customers waiting for service spoke highly of Gary and his family. Two of them said the have been dealing with Gary's for over 18 years. I have found my new home !

They provide solid results at a fair price. Since they worked on my car I have moved from Laurel to Silver Spring. If I need any repairs completed in the future, I plan on using their services again.
