What are your hours?
We are open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are closed on
weekends.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended but not always necessary. Appointments can be made
to drop off for the day or we can schedule minor services while you wait.
Appointments may also be scheduled on-line.
I need my car, do you have a loaner or rental car?
As a NAPA car care cemter we can help you to arrange a specialy discounted rental vehicle through Enterprise
Rental Car.
Can I drop my car off before or after hours?
Early-Bird service is available. You may park and lock your vehicle on Braygreen
Road, drop off forms and a secure key box are located outside of our gates. If you will be dropping off your vehicle after hours please print our Early Bird drop off form.
Can I pick my car up after hours?
If you cannot pick your vehicle up by closing time, just call and we can arrange
to leave your vehicle outside of our fenced lot. You may pay over the phone by
credit card and we will lock your keys and paperwork inside the vehicle. You
will need a spare key since we cannot leave your vehicle unsecured.
What is your warranty?
Most repairs are covered under the "NAPA Peace of Mind" nationwide warranty
for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. You may view a detailed

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, Wright Express, Voyager, ARI and Cash.
Personal Checks are accepted under the following conditions: Name and address
must be preprinted by bank and a valid Maryland drivers license. Check must be
for the amount of purchase, no starter checks, out-of-state checks or third
party checks. All check acceptance is subject to conditions of check
verification service.
Do you have Towing?
We provide towing through a local tow company towing; our
arrangement provides our customers with priority towing service. We can arrange
to have your vehicle towed to our shop and the towing charges may be added to your invoice. If you have an emergency you can contact Acme Towing at (301) 617-4140.
